I'm really unsure what's causing this. They happen seemingly at random. AMD Catalyst Here it asks you to contact your vendor, and the vendor's driver is the one i have. Check out the forums and get free advice from the experts. I would expect this would be fixed in a BIOS update from the vendor.
The weird thing is that the laptop was working fine for a couple of weeks and then it suddenly started BSOD-ing. It also has crashed when a shutdown order was given, also at the end or during of my AVG Anti-Virus scans.
